Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your use of the Neospin Casino services operated by Hollycorn N.V. ("we", "us"), a company registered in Curaçao and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under permit 365/JAZ. By creating an account or using the services, you accept these Terms.
1. Acceptance
1.1 These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Hollycorn N.V.
1.2 If you do not agree to any part, you must not register or use the services.
2. Eligibility and Jurisdiction
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age.
2.2 You must access the services from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful. Neospin is offered as an offshore service to Australian residents; sports in-play betting is not offered, in line with the Interactive Gambling Act 2001.
2.3 The services are not available in jurisdictions listed in the Restricted Countries section of our Help Centre.
3. Account Registration
3.1 You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are closed and bonus balances forfeited.
3.2 You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
3.3 You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account.
4. KYC and AML
4.1 We may request identification, proof of address, source of funds and source of wealth at any time, and must do so before significant withdrawals.
4.2 Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and, where applicable, return of unused deposits to source.
4.3 We comply with applicable anti-money-laundering laws and licence-mandated AML/CTF policies.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 The minimum deposit is AU$30 across PayID, cards, MiFinity, Neosurf and crypto, subject to network minimums.
5.2 Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for deposit where possible. The standard weekly cap is AU$5,000; higher caps apply to verified VIP tiers.
5.3 Pending withdrawals may be reviewed for KYC, AML and bonus-abuse checks; estimated processing times are published on the Home page and in the cashier.
5.4 We do not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Crypto network fees are payable to the underlying network and are not retained by us.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Each promotion has specific terms shown on its promo page; those terms prevail over this section in case of conflict.
6.2 Generic rules unless stated otherwise:
(a) Wagering is 40× on bonus funds (deposit + bonus combined for the welcome ladder).
(b) Maximum bet while a bonus is active is AU$5 per spin or hand.
(c) Bonus validity is 14 days from activation.
(d) Game weighting: pokies 100%, video poker and most table games 10%, live dealer 5%, progressive jackpots and the published exclusion list 0%.
6.3 We reserve the right to void bonuses obtained by fraud, multi-accounting, max-bet breach, low-risk betting patterns or other abuse.
7. Wagering Rules
7.1 You may not place complementary, opposing or low-risk bets to clear wagering. Examples include hedging on roulette or martingale-style bets that materially reduce variance.
7.2 We reserve the right to inspect game logs and revoke bonus winnings derived from such patterns.
8. Game Errors
8.1 If a game malfunctions, the round is voided. Stakes are returned and any winnings displayed but not yet credited are cancelled.
8.2 Where a confirmed studio-side bug has paid out winnings inconsistent with the published paytable, those winnings may be reclaimed.
9. Inactive and Dormant Accounts
9.1 An account with no log-in for 12 consecutive months is treated as inactive.
9.2 Inactive accounts may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of AU$10 against the cash balance until reactivated or closed.
9.3 Reactivation is free — log in or contact support.
10. Account Closure
10.1 You may close your account any time via support or by self-exclusion (see Responsible Gambling).
10.2 We may close or suspend an account for breach of these Terms, regulator order, or risk reasons. Where lawful, unused real-money balances are returned to source.
11. Prohibited Conduct
11.1 You must not: use the services for money laundering; collude with other players; use bots or automated tools; tamper with games or our infrastructure; misrepresent identity or jurisdiction.
11.2 Breach may result in account closure, forfeiture of bonus balances and reporting to authorities.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 All content on the services — logos, copy, graphics, code — is owned by Hollycorn N.V. or our licensors.
12.2 You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the services for personal, non-commercial play.
13. Liability
13.1 To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the lesser of (a) the cash balance in your account at the time of the claim, or (b) AU$5,000.
13.2 We are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers (game studios, payment processors, ISPs) where we have taken reasonable steps to mitigate.
14. Complaints and ADR
14.1 Submit complaints first to [email protected]. We aim to resolve within 7 days.
14.2 Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board via the licence link in our footer. Australian players may also lodge privacy-specific complaints with the OAIC.
15. Governing Law
15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
15.2 Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence continue to apply where applicable.
16. Changes to These Terms
16.1 We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified by email and an in-account banner at least 14 days before they take effect.
16.2 Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
